“Would you like to recognise a small business in the Warragul district for their outstanding service?” asks Warragul Rotary President Diane Carson. With this in mind the Rotary Club of Warragul is now calling for nominations for their annual “Excellence in Small Business”.
There are many small businesses, including sole traders we all deal with, often on a daily basis, who provide outstanding service to their customers. This is the opportunity to give a more formal acknowledgement and appreciation for that service. The award will focus on small businesses – of up to ten persons – which operate in the Warragul, Buln Buln and Jindivick postcode districts.
The awards will consider various aspects of a business’s operation, including customer service, ethics, quality in terms of approach, attitude, commitment and dedication, safety, initiative, and reliability. All nominated businesses will be presented with a framed certificate they can display in their business.
Application forms are now available in Warragul at Suzy’s Fine Jewellery (52 Smith St.), the Advantage Pharmacy (27 Victoria St.) or downloaded from the Warragul Rotary website www.warragulrotary.org.au Nominations close on Monday 30 May 2022.
